All the hard work is outsourced for you, whether you have an idea of what direction you would like to take or if you are wanting someone to help guide you to create the perfect spaces for you and your family.

• This includes an initial consultation, to decide upon the scope of the project, budget and timeline of the project.

• A second meeting to present the design direction, brief and fee proposal.

• Presentation of the schematic design, spatial planning and layouts, furniture, materials and fitting selections and overall aesthetics of the space.

• If necessary, development application and construction approval.

• Design and construction management services; coordinate all trades and services, including on-site works on your behalf and being available to solve any issues that may arise.

• We always work closely with either our trades or your preferred trades to ensure all design decisions are made in the most cost and time effective manner. I always recommend a builder coming on at the early stages to ensure when it comes to construction, everything runs smoothly.
