This start to finish service gives you everything that is required to create a completed, beautifully designed and executed home. A home that reflects you and your lifestyle.
All the hard work is outsourced for you, whether you have an idea of what direction you would like to take or if you are wanting someone to help guide you to create the perfect spaces for you and your family.
Stage 1: Concept Design
This includes an initial consultation, to discuss the brief of the project, the design direction and budget
Once the brief is established we measure your space, and the fun begins. We start with spatial planning, image boards and drawings (plans, elevations and 3D sketches) to communicate the design intent.
Presentation of the schematic design, spatial planning and layouts, furniture, materials and fitting selections and overall aesthetics of the space.
Stage 2: Design Development
All aspects of the design are further refined, layouts are finalised and more detailed drawings are provided. Along with finishes and fixture selections.
If necessary, development application and construction approval. (DA or CDC)
Stage 3: Design & Tender Documentation
Preparation of all interior design drawings, documentations and schedules required to provide your projects team with comprehensive information to accurately price the works and to build from.
Stage 4: Construction
Where your design dreams become tangible. We always work closely with either our trades or your preferred project manager and builder to ensure all design decisions are made in a cost and time efficient manner and all works meet your expectations.
I always recommend a builder coming on at the early stages to ensure when it comes to construction, everything runs smoothly.
Furniture, Objects & Art
Our procurement services offers access to our “little black book” of Australian and International furniture and homewares suppliers. Saving you time, money and your sanity in helping you source the perfect pieces for your home. We offer varying styles of procurement services.
When working as an interior architecture and design client, as part of the interior design resolution for the house, it’s important to also know what your furniture items will be and ensure they fit properly, and all coordinate with the scheme. Especially any existing pieces that you want to retain. It is important to do this in tandem with the interiors scheme above, so it all comes together seamlessly.
