O’Neill was the world’s first surf brand and the innovators behind the first neoprene wetsuit. The O’Neill Australia head office needed to reflect the world renowned company style and culture.

The premises selected was a large empty warehouse, which needed to be dramatically adapted to enable the space to meet the needs of the company. This required intricate spatial planning to zone the large warehouse into offices, collaborative working area, meeting rooms and breakout spaces.
